Mrs. Belinda Obiageli Kalu LL.B (HONS) UNN, B.L, obtained an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 1975 and was called to the Bar in 1976. Immediately after her youth service, she became a pupil state counsel in the Ministry of Justice of Enugu State.  She later transferred her service to Edo State where she rose through the ranks to become the Director of Public Prosecutions in 2004.
